Refund Policy Terms and Conditions

We want you to love our laps scarves and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or store credit. Special or custom orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any shipping cost for returned items will not be refunded. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a restocking or repair if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive. The restocking or repair fee is half of the value of the item that you have purchased.
